Weekly RentalsWeekly rentals are from Friday 4:00 pm to Friday 9:30 am (our normal changeover day except in the Low Season).Weekend & Mid-Week Short Breaks (Low Season Only)Weekend Breaks are 3 nights from Friday 4:00 pm to Monday 9:30 am. Mid-Week Breaks are 4 nights from Monday 4:00 pm to Friday 9:30 am.Small Parties & Special OffersSpecial discretionary discounts are available at certain times for a party of 6 or less in 3 bedrooms (please enquire). Click here for Special Offers.Children Aged 2 Years Old & UnderChildren aged 2 years old and under at the time of a holiday are not included in the party limits (11 or 6 if a ‘Small party’) but are charged at 25% of the normal rate if including them brings the entire party over these limits. Guests with babies are asked to bring their own travel cot, bedding and baby equipment.DogsWe welcome a maximum of 2 well-behaved dogs by arrangement, subject to reasonable conditions and a small charge.Special OccasionsIf you are celebrating a birthday, anniversary, memorable date or similar special occasion – possibly as a surprise – we can arrange flowers, champagne, cakes, gift wrapped Cornish chocolates or help organize something special for the day: a course at Rick Stein’s Cookery School (for adults or children); a round of golf; day trip to the Scilly Isles; fishing expedition; or a sea safari to see the seals, dolphins and puffins.
