WHAT THE TARIFF INCLUDES
All electricity, water and gas.
Die Zudecke natural white goose down pillows and duvets*, Italian and Egyptian cotton bed linen, bath mats, tea towels, oven gloves and Egyptian cotton bath sheets and hand towels (beach towels are not provided but may be hired).
* NOMITE certified as anti-allergy.
A supply of organic dishwasher and washing machine tablets, washing up liquid, cleaning materials, organic soaps, lavatory rolls and black bin liners.
A mid-week clean is offered as part of your tariff in July and August and by arrangement at other times.
Free use of WiFi. Outgoing phone calls by honesty system.
Initial supplies of logs & kindling for the wood burning stoves (remainder by honesty system).
A wheeled Weber charcoal barbecue.
Guests with babies are asked to bring their own travel cot and bedding. No baby equipment is provided but may be hired. Please ask for details.

A discount of 30% - 45% is available for a party of 6 or less in 3 bedrooms or 4 in 2 bedrooms at certain times.

Weekly rentals
Weekly rentals are from Friday 4pm to Friday 10:30am.
Weekend & Mid-Week Short Breaks
Weekend Breaks (3 nights from Friday 4pm to Monday 10:30am) and Mid-Week Breaks (4 nights from Monday 4pm to Friday 10:30am) are available, except in peak periods, subject to the following:-
- Low Season breaks (1st & 4th Quarters) can be booked at any time.
- At any other time a maximum of 3 weeks in advance.
Children aged 2 years old and under
Tariffs relating to size of party exclude children 2 years old and under.
Dogs
We welcome well-behaved dogs to stay by arrangement, subject to reasonable conditions and a small charge.
Special Occasions
If you are celebrating a birthday, anniversary, memorable date or similar special occasion – possibly as a surprise – we can arrange flowers, champagne, cakes, gift wrapped Cornish chocolates or help organize something special for the day: a course at Rick Stein’s Cookery School (for adults or children); a round of golf; day trip to the Scilly Isles; fishing expedition; or a sea safari to see the seals, dolphins and puffins. Arrival and Departure Times
Guests are asked to arrive after 4pm on the first day of their stay and to leave the house by 10.30am on the morning of departure – unless by prior arrangement.
